I don’t have an LIC policy. Don’t believe in having one.

Have a joint bank account. Only individual account passbooks accepted as address proof. Who needs an individual bank account, I’m not running a business, I don’t have anything to hide and I’m not abroad. The license office does.

My passport expired last month, the new one is in the process of being made.

My parents’ ration card is not computerized. Obviously, since they are not even eligible to get the new computerized ones. The computerized ones aren’t too great anyway, you can hardly read what those ink deprived dot matrix printers have marked on them. The only way you could get one would be by running a business, showing that all earnings are being put back into business, thus avoiding income taxes. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mukesh Ambani has a ration card.

Voter ID cards that come from the government of India aren’t proof enough of my address. Right now, I’m not a valid citizen of India. I have no permanent address.

My college has my 10th passing certificate, they need the original for age verification. They think I may have doctored the photocopy I had taken which had been attested by the Secretary(East), India.

Like with most other people, my birth certificate has no name.

Medical certificates when filled, are not required. When not filled, they are.

Same thing with attaching affidavits.

I feel so foolish having run around for 2 days to and from the office in Sheikh Sarai without bribing a single person.

Still don’t care. Waiting for my passport.
