@Sonal - You need to buy a domain name from a domain name registrar, Indian registrars include indiatimes and foreign ones include godaddy.com and 1and1.com.
You need to pay money to buy a domain. You also need to spend money to get good hosting if you want to host blogs and all.

@Sonal - It does cost money to get anything done for good on the internet. Free hosting services are unreliable. The procedure to acquire domains is to go through a registrar like GoDaddy and get hosting from a provider of your choice. Always read reviews of services you subscribe to before you pay for them.
