Ron does not die ★
This post’s title is not a spoiler but a sigh of relief. I had sent Aditya some leaked spoilers without intending to via a chat conversation(which I thought was an inactive window) which said Ron was dead. I sent an apology via email as he was clearly upset. Thankfully after reading the book, I found out that they were completely fake and a piece of someone’s imagination just like the 74MB PDF that I acquired via RapidShare.
I finished the book once and when I tried reading it the second time like I did for the previous ones, it just didn’t seem right. I put the book down and moved the mouse and closed the dozen chat windows that were open. Everyone was curious to know what I thought of the book, most of them not being able to grab a copy on the first day. I changed the chat status message to this as I don’t think I need to post a review when there’s already one which I more or less agree with.
Harry doesn’t really kill anyone, and I somehow always thought Harry would do what Molly Weasley did. The book is very well linked, and gives detail where necessary. No boring parts, nobody whining too much. So Harry is a Horcrux. Does he die? I wouldn’t want to tell you. I’ve already spoiled enough of fun. Go read the book or read the review before that but make sure you avoid using Google before you read the book.
I’m really grateful that I got the non-adult edition and I think it’s cover is much better than the ugly adult edition. The adult edition doesn’t at all reflect Harry Potter on it’s cover and the paper jacket on the normal edition does it quite well.
When I bought the book, I saw another book which looked very weird in the corner of the same shop. Barry Trotter… I hear the book has done quite well, so time for me to go and check it out on the internet.
Ahh there. Thanks for taking my feelings into account. Yeah well it was always a relief to see what happened.
Oh, as I said on IM the revies indeed is pretty gootd.
Yes, I liked it too.
Its funny - I think the adult edition’s cover looks way better than the children’s edition (which is why I bought the former). Infact I didn’t like the children’s edition cover at all!
Duh! Adult version cover of Harry Potter books never show him on cover. And it does seem that it was the first time you were downloading an ebook, for it would be naive for anyone to think a 74 MB file is an ebook. They hardly ever exceed a few MB at most!
Oh, I’m such a dick ain’t I. A complete scanned copy of the book should have come on a PDF that’s as small as a “few MB”.
I’m sorry but I liked the kiddo edition quite a lot. When I said the A version doesn’t “reflect Harry Potter” I didn’t mean they should show Harry Potter on the cover. I meant exactly what I said.
