I noticed recently that you’ve noticed that I’ve recently added two new AJAX widgets to my blog interface: Search and Poll. There are tonnes of services available for adding external AJAX search modules and AJAX polls to your blog/website, but having it built into your site’s code reduces the load time considerably.

If you’re wondering how I suddenly became so familiar with AJAX, head to OrderedList.com. It’s Steve Smith’s site-cum-blog and an awesome site, if I may say so. The AJAX search tutorial is excellent, and much easier(you don’t know how difficult “much easier” still is) to install than the one you’ll find on leading search engines(including Y! Search).

Next, I’m going to add a page where I’ll place all the links I have on my Firefox Bookmarks Toolbar, which I have suddenly started loving after not being able to switch it off permanently(In previous versions, if you typed about:config in the browser you could do just that with almost no pain).
