Being a Jerk!

Most idiots are called jerks, these days. But today I found the biggest jerk on the planet who wants to get a Guinness Record for the same thing..being a JERK! I won’t mention the name of his blog, but it’s really easy to spot it on Blogger’s so-called ‘Blogs of Note’. He talks about how great he feels being a jerk, but never mentions how. He’s got a few hundred comments, and 10000 profile views..

All this while I’ve been trying to increase the traffic on my blog, and all I get to see is 400 hits a month..So I’ve created another blog powered both by Y! Flickr and G Blogger..(There’s no relation b/w the 2 statements, so stop thinking)..Now I don’t beg anyone to leave comments* on my blog as much as I did earlier, as I have a counter hidden in the code, to see the number of unique visitors, which is decent enough.

Nero 7 is a really good burning application, as I have seen and tested during the last week. And I can easily say that it will be downloaded more than the others, as it has become the application with the most number of cracks till date(forget MS, that’s usual).

For all those who think Windows is crap, stop thinking! That’s probably what Bill will say in his next Vista conference, after facing so much criticism already..Use linux. Even if you don’t, make sure you read TUX mag every month. You can get a free subscription from their website.

K…scroll a little..not so much…back up….here it is….http://fotogrAbhishek.blogspot.com/

The link above, if you guessed right is the link to my new fotolog. And the little text before that is a little humour from my side and also the spam my contacts send me..

*PS.Leave some comments.

  • Dear Abhishek,

i 2 hav heard of dis jerk

but dere is an equally big jerk(if not a bigger jerk) living closer to you.

u no him and his habits, which you are strongly against.

he is a friend(or used to be) of one departed, not in life but in physical prescense by geography.

he was(and has become worse - maybe?) an obsessive compulsive case and his accumulation of a certain “property” was something he liked to be flambuoyant about.

many despised him, yet pitied him but most began to share in his passion, and were drawn into his evil realm of bondage including yourself.

i have written this comment as a very personal appeal to you, for the sake of your benefit where he lost out.

it is your duty(and every human being’s duty) to try and fight such temptation.

you know him well - that is my assumption, that is wh you must try and help him out. his peer is not a good one, other than yourself and a few others.

because of similar circumstances, one of your peer has done the right thing by establishing right from wrong.

but the question remains - Was it worth it?

why should one allow oneself to succumb to such temptations which can later on in life have a very serious effect on one’s life?

why should one go through all of this and then feel horrible with oneself.

    why? why? why?

there is still time for all of us.

if one doesen’t groom oneself in the early stages, then ones whole perspective of life gets set to one of deception, lies, hiding, and most of all the feeling of being self-demeaned.

we are in the stages of adolescense and soon we will be of ages of absolute maturity - we will be eligible for licenses for the road, we will be of marriagable age, and most of all, we will be entrusted by not only our parents, nor only by God but also by ourselves to be responsible and live a full clean, healthy and happy life.

so, i urge you to choose carefully.

after all, the life you live is as you would want it to turn out to be.

    GOD SPEED.
